Essentials for Every Small Business

October 30, 2008

Every day I talk to entrepreneurs of all ages who own or want to establish their own business.  Whether it is a well funded start-up, franchise, retail store, internet storefront or any kind of home based business, the one common theme that each person is searching for are the tools, support and information that will help them grow and prosper.  It is those Entrepreneur Essentials that every entrepreneur needs to enable them to improve operational efficiency, increase sales, open up now markets and evolve and adapt to inevitable change.

Now more than ever in these uncertain financial times, where access to credit and working capital are tight and where trial and error is not a viable option for most businesses, we all need a support system and community that will help us grow our organizations.

For the last 30 years I have started, built up, managed and sold a variety of companies big and small.  I have suffered through tough times and prospered through times of growth and expansion.  One thing I have never stopped doing is adapting to market change, maximize the impact of new and innovative technology and learning something new every day.

I invite you to join and participate in the Entrepreneur Essentials Community as we continually build and expand this website, blog and podcast to meet the ever expanding needs of our members.
